Imperial Tobacco's plain packaging 'the ultimate sick joke'

Imperial Tobacco, makers of Peter Stuvyesant cigarettes have been the first company to start to adopt the plan packaging.  Part of the packet states "It's what's on the inside that counts" to inform their customers that while the packaging has changed, the product has remained the same.
The Government has quickly come out against the move, as it is a sick joke against the policy.
The company will risk fines of $1.1million if it does not comply with the new regulations.
