The End of Video Rental
The makers of South Park have aired an interesting look at how technology has changed and some businesses failed to keep up. Blockbuster has failed to keep up with technology, and is now at risk of complete closure.
With changes in technology, the video rental stores have become vending machines in shopping centres, an added extra with pay TV facilities or online through such systems as iTunes.
An interesting look at how if a business does not react to change, or is too slow in reacting to change that the consequences can be large.

Currently, Australians are able to purchase goods online from international sellers without incurring GST, and with the high value of the dollar, are able to purchase goods cheaper than in Australia.
